AVR based systems are faster than any of the other families of microcontroller, because of that we have used AVR microcontroller, and interfaced 4 sensors with it, which makes the system, more accurate and secure. IR and PIR sensors detect presence of any thief, and touch sensor detects, if the locker was tried to open. Buzzer will sound if any thief enters the room, and also TEXT and CALL will b sent to some predefined nos, output will b shown on LCD.
